Facility and Capability Review
Complete a detailed questionnaire about physical space, technology resources, staffing, and student demographics. For equipment loan requests, provide financial documentation to verify need and establish appropriate loan terms.
Pilot Program Design
Work with our coordination team to select appropriate courses, determine scheduling that fits your operational calendar, and establish enrollment targets. Most partnerships begin with a single subject area and expand based on results.
Agreement Finalization and Launch Preparation
Review partnership agreement covering responsibilities, data sharing protocols, and quality standards. Complete coordinator training, set up communication channels, and prepare students and families for what to expect.
